Yugragaspererabotka

Yugragaspererabotka is a joint venture created in 2007 by the oil company TNK-BP and SIBUR. The enterprise includes the Nizhnevartovskiy and the Belozerniy GPPs, the company Nyagangaspererabotka, as well as pipeline infrastructure.

In accordance with the terms of this joint venture Yugragaspererabotka provides services for processing associated petroleum gas (APG). Its founders own the amount of APG purchased and the volume of production realised in proportion to their stake in the joint venture’s share capital. 

SIBUR owns 51% of Yugragaspererabotka.
