Yugragazpererabotka LLC is a joint venture created in 2007 by the oil company TNK-BP (49%) and the SIBUR petrochemical holding (51%). The enterprise includes the Nizhnevartovsk and the Belozerniy gas processing complexes, the company Nyagangazpererabotka, as well as pipeline infrastructure. In accordance with the terms of this joint venture, Yugragazpererabotka provides services for processing associated petroleum gas (APG). Its founders own the proportion of APG purchased and the volume of production realised in proportion to their stake in the joint venture’s share capital. In future, SIBUR plans to sell TNK-BP its share of dry stripped gas and will buy the oil company’s share of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
