SIBUR’s strategy is to become the largest and most efficient producer in Russia and the CIS countries, and to be globally competitive on the polyolefin and PVC markets. The Company aims to be a stable, reliable and preferred supplier to our customers, responding to their changing needs. To this end, the Company is implementing major projects to build a polypropylene production complex in Tobolsk, Tyumen Region and, in partnership with SolVin, a PVC complex in Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod region. In addition, other projects to expand existing facilities and to build new ones are currently being discussed and which should significantly increase the Company’s production and the range of products offered.

At the same time, SIBUR will continue to develop its regional sales network, long-term relationships with partners, and modern methods of providing technical support to customers in order to meet their needs.

The operational and strategic management of production activities, marketing and sales, as well as business development in the polyolefin and PVC segments, is the responsibility of the Basic Polymers Division, which is headed by Sergey Komyshan.
