Production management at the Company is based on product divisions. Four business units, which have been established on the basis of homogeneity of manufacturing processes and products, operate at the corporate centre:
- Hydrocarbon Feedstock Division
- Basic Polymers Division
- Plastics and Organic Synthesis Division
- Synthetic Rubber Division
The corporate centre performs functions of strategic planning, resources allocation, development of common corporate standards, regulations and policies, and control of realization of production plans, financial plans and investment projects by the enterprises.
