Moscow, 14 December 2011. Following the Agreement of 25 July 2011 between SIBUR Holding CJSC, Pirelli Tyre S.P.A. and State Company Russian Technologies, the sale of the Kirov Tyre Plant JSC to the JV of Pirelli and Russian Technologies closed on 14 December 2011.
